- 2 cups Peger Industry Parboiled Rice
- 4 cups of water
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon cumin powder
- 1 tablespoon powdered ginger
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
- 2 bay leaves

Instructions:
- Rinse the rice under running water until the water runs clear. This helps remove excess starch and impurities that can make rice sticky.
- In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until soft and translucent.
